Eaten raw or dried. The mushroom itself does nothing unless exposed to light right before consumption. It can be harvested in dark caves and is a fixture of sound gardens.

Effect

Strong hallucinogenic. It takes 10 minutes to take effect, but when it does, for the next Watch , miniature fairies, kaleidoscopic plants and giant faces saturate your environment. You can no longer distinguish what is lit, but, in darkness, their whispers help you hear as clear as you can see on a clear day. Sound has a colour and it paints over light.
